1. Amesbury School is a registered charitable trust (number 312058) the objects of which are to promote and provide for the advancement of education.
2. The business of the school is conducted by Amesbury School Trust Limited (“ASTL”) a company limited by guarantee (company number 00984771).
3. Whilst ASTL endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information on its Amesbury School website, to the extent permitted by law ASTL does not accept responsibility for any loss which may arise from reliance on information contained on its pages.
4. ASTL does not accept responsibility for the material on a website to which reference is made or access gained through the Amesbury School website.
5. You may cause a link to the Amesbury School website provided that the link is made to the top level page and is done in a way which indicates the link is to the Amesbury School home page and the nature of the link is fair and does not mislead.

The School's Website and Privacy Policy

In providing this website the school wishes principally to provide a medium for promoting the school itself and celebrating the achievements and successes of the pupils. As some parents may have become concerned because of scare stories in the press we make every effort to address those concerns.

We take our responsibility to take the care which should be shown by a sensible parent very seriously. No information about pupils' addresses or telephone numbers is given out by the school in any medium without the parents' express consent.

There is no mechanism on the website by which a child at the school can be directly contacted. Any attempt to contact any child through the website's administration is reported immediately to the child's parents.

Images and stories used on the site are carefully chosen and edited. If a reasonable request, with reasons, is made to remove any story or image we will do so. Such requests may be made via the E-mail page found in the Contact Us section of the site or in writing to our postal address found in the same section.
